At the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can enjoy modern vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Start your day with a hearty breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly made porridge, fruit, a variety of milk options, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and a selection of teas. At 2 p.m., we serve a light lunch featuring a warming soup as well as spreads with bread or pastries.

Immerse yourself in a unique movement experience with Nia, which harmoniously blends dance, martial arts, and body awareness to give you a pure sense of joy. Every day, two intensive sessions await you, allowing you to immerse yourself in the world of Nia: The first sequence is an hour of dance and movement to music, tailored to your personal level and how you’re feeling that day, so you can either build strength or simply relax and recharge your batteries. Then, in another 30 minutes, you’ll get to know the various Nia formats, such as Nia Moving to Heal and the Nia 5-Stages, which bring you into deeper contact with your body through gentle exercises on the floor or standing up and promote your balance, flexibility, and stability.

To conclude, we’ll reflect together on the experience and explore how you can sustainably integrate the joy of movement and a sense of your body into your daily life. This special journey will give you new strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to yourself—and inspire you to continue cultivating the ease of movement in your daily life.

Take the train to Linz Hauptbahnhof; from there, there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pickup from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
