The light of your heart - 1-day retreat for 1 or 2 people

A retreat is a retreat from your usual surroundings, a time-out for yourself. The aim is for the person to be far away from the routine and obligations of everyday life, to have a wonderful meeting with themselves, where calm, serenity, silence and peace await you. The place is in a beautiful and quiet location in Bad Mitterndorf.

In this retreat you will be shown how to go inwards to discover all the positive energies that are within you or your heart. There will be various talks on topics such as the inner heart, self-love, openness and gratitude for life, contemplation, prayers and meditation. There will also be a guided meditation with the theme "I am open to life". An activity in nature is also planned.

This theme is inspired by my book: "Love and everything positive is within you: discover it in your heart" and it will also be used as a manual for theory and practice.

This retreat is AVAILABLE for individuals or for a couple ALL YEAR ROUND.

ON REQUEST: IT IS POSSIBLE TO EXTEND THE RETREAT TO TWO DAYS.

About the seminar leader:

SILVIA HINTERHOLZNER D.

I have been involved with higher consciousness for about 15 years and during this time I have trained in Ayurveda in Brazil and India and also trained as a yoga teacher (Hatha Yoga). I have also completed many other courses in the energetic and spiritual field such as: Magnified Healing 1, 2 and 3; Reiki 1, 2 and 3 and Crystal Healing. Participation in: spiritual retreats in various countries in South America, attending spiritual groups, meditation groups, prayer circles, etc.

Since 2012 I live in Austria in Styria and since then I offer energetic and healing work; meditation and mindfulness courses; guided meditations (individual and for groups); seminars and weekend retreats on the following topics: Consciousness, energies, truth, strengthening contact with the heart, and much more.

The search for topics related to light has been the motivation and inspiration to find a new path since my youth and therefore, I have written a book about this topic: "Love and everything positive is within you: discover it in your heart". A book for anyone who wants to start seeing life from a different perspective and lead a positive, joyful and, above all, light-filled life.
