Do you have traumas, hurdles, obstacles, or challenges that make it difficult for you to live your own life and follow your own path, and are you longing for transformation?
Why not run right over them!
What could be more healing than a safe space of trust, connection, and belonging—where we can show our true selves and feel seen, heard, acknowledged, held, and supported—without anyone trying to change us, so that everything can transform and the best within us can come to the fore?
Are you ready for the adventure of a journey from the limits of the mind to the wisdom of the heart, to beautiful places in nature, with genuine, truthful, and authentic encounters?
The most important facts in a nutshell:
Accommodations in tents at a campground
Management and Leadership
Herzogenstand Railway
Wir werden in Zelten auf der Zeltwiese übernachten
Meals are not included in the price. So make sure you take care of yourself and bring your own food for breakfast and lunch. And maybe bring something with you for the first day so you don’t run out. Especially around lunchtime, we’ll be out in nature, where it most likely won’t be possible to buy food. We’ll stop regularly at supermarkets to buy food, so we’ll all be in the same boat. For dinner, we usually go to a restaurant, though everyone can decide for themselves.
What could be more healing than a safe space of trust, connection, and belonging—a place where we can reveal our true selves and feel seen, heard, acknowledged, held, and supported, without anyone trying to change us, so that everything can transform and the best within us can come to the fore?
What We’ll Do and What Will Happen
The Magic of Trauma Healing (the magic of a genuine encounter of the heart)—Naturzeit is a space where we invite, welcome, acknowledge, and support everything within ourselves and in our counterparts, without trying to change one another.
A space where we can show ourselves fully at any time—with our emotions, projections, how we feel toward one another, and the fears that arise from them. Everything is allowed to be as it is, for only then can it transform. As long as we aren’t resisting and don’t want to push things away or change them.
During the morning and evening circles, we have the opportunity to share what’s moving within us at that moment or to work together on a specific topic.
During the day, we’ll be out and about in beautiful natural settings, walking a lot and supporting one another through our processes with curiosity and interest. It’s a wonderful space to practice and experience how healing it feels when everything is allowed to be there and we don’t try to push away each other’s feelings.
Anything that arises can be shared right in the moment it’s still active—not just during the morning or evening circles—because it’s most transformative when the emotional charge is still present.
This creates a magical sense of trust, connection, and belonging, allowing our nervous system to relax and giving us access to parts of ourselves we normally cannot reach.
Are you ready for the
adventure
and
to meet
