What could be more healing than a safe space of trust, connection, and belonging—a place where we can reveal our true selves and feel seen, heard, acknowledged, held, and supported, without anyone trying to change us, so that everything can transform and the best within us can emerge?
What We’ll Do and What Will Happen
The magic of trauma healing (the magic of a genuine encounter of the heart)—Naturzeit is a space where we invite, welcome, acknowledge, and support everything within ourselves and our counterparts, without trying to change one another.
A space where we can show ourselves fully at any time—with our emotions, projections, how we feel about one another, and the fears that arise from these. Everything is allowed to be as it is, for only then can it transform. As long as we aren’t resisting and don’t want to push things away or change them.
During the morning and evening circles, we’ll have the opportunity to share what’s currently stirring within us or to work together on a specific topic.
During the day, we’ll be out and about in beautiful natural settings, walking a lot and supporting one another through our processes with curiosity and interest. It’s a wonderful space to practice and experience how healing it feels when everything is allowed to be there and we don’t try to push away each other’s feelings.
Anything that arises can be shared right in the moment it’s still active—not just during the morning or evening circles—because it’s most transformative when the emotional charge is still present.
This creates a magical sense of trust, connection, and belonging, allowing our nervous system to relax and giving us access to parts of ourselves we normally cannot reach.
Are you ready for the
adventure
and
to meet
yourself?
What you’ll take away from this event
● The experience of a space filled with connection and trust
● Greater clarity about what or who you truly are
● Greater clarity about your beliefs, coping mechanisms, and survival strategies—and why you are the way you are
● Greater compassion for your own challenging aspects, states, and emotions—and those of others
● A greater ability to hold space, provide emotional support to others, and meet them with humility, curiosity, and compassion
● Equal opportunities for more introverted participants to speak up, express themselves, and feel seen and heard without having to compete with more extroverted participants
Accommodations
We’ll be sleeping in tents at a campground in an area under the trees.
Camping Gear for Rent
Sleeping bag: 10 euros
Sleeping pad: 10 euros
Tent: 20 euros
Meals
Meals are not included in the price. So make sure to take care of yourself and bring your own food for breakfast and lunch. You might also want to bring something for the first day so you don’t run out. Especially around lunchtime, we’ll be out in nature, where it most likely won’t be possible to buy food. We’ll stop regularly at supermarkets to buy food, so we’re all in the same boat. For dinner, we usually go to a restaurant, though everyone is free to decide for themselves.
Transportation
I’m offering rides in my car from various starting points in Germany and along the route. Please get in touch with me if you’d like to take advantage of this. The nearest airport is in Genoa. However, you’ll definitely need a ride to get to the starting points in the morning. I’ll also help coordinate rides by matching people with other participants who are offering rides, renting a car, or sharing a rental car.
