These intense days of 1:1 retreat are all about you and your needs. I will be by your side and support you to unleash your inner strength. I would be happy to help you choose your accommodation - there are countless options in and around Palma.

From a fine boutique hotel in the heart of the old town to a hotel by the sea. If you want to stay longer, I also have a few insider tips for accommodation on the island.

Drinks and snacks are included during the sessions.

I will be happy to give you insider tips on restaurants and bars. You'll find something for every taste in and around Palma.
If you want, I will also be happy to accompany you to dinner.

Before the retreat: Holistic Astro & Human Design Reading via Zoom - we are already getting to know each other

Day 1: you arrive on Mallorca and at your accommodation in peace and quiet. If you like and have the capacity for it, we will get to know each other personally over a drink
Day 2: after breakfast we start the day with coaching - duration: approx. 2-3 hours -> you have the afternoon free for integration
Day 3: after breakfast we start the day with coaching again - duration: approx. 2-3 hours -> you have the afternoon free for integration
Day 4: you take the day for integration and have the day off - I am available for you at any time

Opt: I am happy to organize further exclusive 1:1 sessions for you during your stay e.g. Gong Bath, Soundhealing, Energetic Bodywork Breathwork etc.

Approx. 1 week after the retreat you will receive a workbook with the tools you have already learned, journal questions and links to audios that will continue to support you in your everyday life

Palma Airport is served by direct flights from many German and Austrian airports.

The city of Palma is between 10 and 25 minutes away from the airport - depending on which part of the city you choose and can be easily reached by bus or cab.
