The Rainbow Medicine Wheel is one of the tools given to us by the Elders; it contains all the medicines that are at work on Earth.
It serves as a guide, especially when we have strayed from the path or are unsure of what is happening in our lives and where to direct our next steps. The Rainbow Medicine Wheel teaches us life lessons, provides us with stability, and helps us see things from a different perspective.
With the traditional Rainbow Medicine Wheel, we have access to a wonderful, profound shamanic field filled with healing energy and great wisdom. The Rainbow Medicine Wheel is a spiritual space that helps us find answers.
You’ll experience constellation work in a traditional shamanic context, such as shield work (moving from the childhood self into the power of the adult self), ancestral constellations, and the convening of a medicine council. Some of the work will emerge naturally from the people who gather in this circle, as I always work intuitively and thus with the issues participants bring—this can make the experience exciting and unique, and I’m already looking forward to it.
No prior shamanic experience is required!

The location for the Ark was chosen very deliberately: above the fog line and with a sweeping view. The visual journey takes you from Slovenia and Italy through Styria and back to Carinthia. The most striking peak is Triglav in the Julian Alps, at 2,864 meters. Turning westward from the Carnic Alps, the Dobratsch, the Gerlitzen, the Nockberge, and the Niedere Tauern rise up. This view is fantastic, impressive, and soothing all at once. It’s no wonder that the rooms with panoramic views are among the guests’ favorites.
At Carinthia’s first organic hotel, organic ingredients are prepared in a vegetarian style. According to Dr. M. O. Bruker’s nutritional theory, these foods are “alive”—rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and unsaturated fats. One-third of the menu consists of raw foods. The breakfast buffet features plenty of fruits and vegetables. And dinner begins with a large serving of salad. We’re also happy to prepare vegan or gluten-free meals.
Sometimes the route to Vollwertweg 1a cannot be found; in that case, please enter either St. Oswald 70 or Saualpenlandesstraße 70.
