Your accommodation is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance facing the street, as well as direct access to the garden via a private 7-square-meter terrace. It measures 40 square meters and is suitable for one or two people. It features a carpeted bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and an adjacent separate toilet;
a living room with two leather armchairs, a table, satellite TV, and a mini-fridge, as well as a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee, a CD player, and a radio. Free Wi-Fi, coffee maker; a bathroom with a large walk-in Italian-style shower, built-in sink, and toilet, as well as a towel dryer and hairdryer; a private wooden terrace (with an electric grill and patio furniture) leading out to a typical Breton garden of 400 m².

Catering

This accommodation without a kitchen is intended for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals, with the exception of breakfast, which is included in the price. However, you can also arrange your own breakfast (in which case we will deduct €8 per person per night), as you’ll find bakeries, numerous pubs and taverns, a crêperie, restaurants, a café, pizzerias, Turkish snack bars, cheese shops, organic stores, and delicatessens, as well as a great mini-supermarket on Town Hall Square!
There is a weekly market (large) on Tuesday mornings. On Saturday mornings, there is an organic market (small but mighty). Quintin also has three supermarkets (Super U, Leclerc, and Lidl) within a kilometer’s walk of your accommodation. You can enjoy your breakfast on your private terrace or in your living room.
Apart from bread and pastries, we provide everything you need for a hearty Breton breakfast. Your refrigerator will be stocked for your stay. You can pick up fresh bread and French/Breton treats according to your preferences at the two excellent bakeries—less than a 400-meter walk away! Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the garden, but not inside the house.

sequence

In the cozy studio, in Aurélia’s small garden, or on the beach, we explore or refine our watercolor techniques. We draw on our imagination or find inspiration in the works of great artists as well as during walks in the picturesque surroundings. Find inspiration in photos of details or views that you take during your stay. The basics and various techniques of watercolor painting are also taught to beginners as needed. The courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

Arrival

The TGV station in Saint-Brieuc is a 15-minute drive away or a 35-minute bus ride (the Tibus stop is 600 meters from your accommodation). The airports in Brest and Rennes are a 1.5-hour drive away.
