Summary

Do you want to learn more about yourself? Discover your values? Learn to live a more fulfilling life? I’ll guide you on your journey of self-discovery. Get to know yourself. See yourself from different perspectives. Push your limits and grow beyond them.

What are your values in life? Do they hold you back, or do they give you the support you need? How much weight do you give your values: too much, so that you become stressed, or too little, so that you feel dissatisfied? What is the right balance? Do your values help you achieve your goals? What are your goals? Are you moving forward, or has your life stagnated?

We explore these and other questions during our hiking coaching sessions. I support you in your progress. Step by step.

The unadorned beauty of nature helps you connect with your true self. The meditative nature of walking allows you to immerse yourself in your thoughts and connect with your innermost self. You don’t have to worry about a thing—just yourself; I’ll take care of everything else.

During our numerous breaks, I’ll ask you questions that help you look even more closely, get to know yourself, and make the most of your values for your own success and fulfillment.

Your journey can last one or even several days. Please ask me for a customized offer.

Accommodation

This offer is usually a one-day hike. "Usually" :-) Depending on the destination and your preferences, I can plan the tour to include an overnight stay in cabins or hotels. These must be paid for separately. Or we can sleep outdoors. Under the stars. I bring the necessary expertise and the appropriate equipment.

For trips involving multiple overnight stays, a combination of different sleeping options is possible and advisable.

Catering

Eating is part of the process and an integral part of a hike. We’ll create a detailed meal plan in advance that strikes the perfect balance between weight and nutritional value—and tastes great, too. Personally, I’m not a big fan of so-called “astronaut food,” and I’ve done a lot of research on nutrition for outdoor adventures.

sequence

As mentioned earlier, our actual hike is preceded by a planning meeting. During this meeting—which can also be held online—we discuss everything we need to know.
- We discuss a destination that matches the fitness level of the participants
- We discuss the necessary gear
- We create a meal plan
- We set a meeting place, date, and time.

On Day X at the meeting point—usually a public transit stop—we meet in person for the first time and get to know each other. A quick greeting, a check of the equipment, and if needed, food can still be purchased here, and then we’re off.

We reach our destination in manageable stages. Coaching sessions take place between hiking stages—so that while walking, there is plenty of time and leisure to reflect and arrive at conclusions. We reflect on, refine, expand upon, and—if desired—document these conclusions.

If the opportunity arises, a longer break is planned for lunch, ideally with a cozy campfire and cooking.

We’ll be back at the agreed-upon time.

Arrival

We will also discuss transportation during our first meeting and will try to make it as convenient as possible—carpooling, public transportation, etc.—whenever feasible.
The tour generally starts at the meeting point. The meeting point depends on the agreed-upon skill level, but is generally within easy reach for participants on a day trip.
