Accommodation

You can choose from a selection of beautiful vacation apartments in the village to suit your needs. All are equipped with a kitchen so you can cater for yourself as you wish. All accommodations are within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, so you can feel completely at home. I will be happy to advise you.

Catering

You can cater for yourself in your vacation apartment, and we can buy healthy, local produce at the market in the neighboring village. If you don't feel like cooking, you can choose from the local tapas bars, depending on the season.

This week, you are the center of attention. As a gynecologist with 30 years of professional experience, homeopath, coach, and breathwork therapist, I can offer you a wide range of different tools.
Our sessions take place at your accommodation or in the incredibly beautiful nature of the Costa de la Luz. This way, you not only get to know yourself but also the area. I will take you to my favorite places by the sea, in the pine forest, or in the white villages in the surrounding area.
You choose the intensity of the support. Most women want 1-2 sessions per day and plenty of time in between for themselves, for long walks, exploring by bike, massages, visits to the hammam, yoga classes, surfing, horse riding... whatever your heart desires.

Arrival

The nearest airport is Jerez, then Seville or Malaga. You can also travel by train or even by ferry. I'm happy to help you plan your trip.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a 10% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

This price includes 6 individual sessions of approx. 2 hours each (breathwork, holistic women's health, homeopathy, coaching), a visit to the hammam, and a bicycle for the week. I will also show you my favorite places in the area. Additional sessions can be booked if required.
