The leaves in the Oder Valley are ablaze with color; migratory birds are leaving Germany as the weather grows colder, and we find ourselves drawn back to Brandenburg once more. During our Vairagya Retreat, we realign ourselves for the colder half of the year: What can we let go of, and what should we keep?
We take plenty of time for introspection, campfire romance, and manifest our wishes during a cacao ceremony.
In the morning, we’re awakened by singing bowls and meditation, followed by yoga and pranayama—toward the end of the session, you can hear the clatter coming from the kitchen as the chefs from Taubenblau prepare the first vegetarian-vegan meal of the day, so you can sit down at the table right after yoga.
The most important facts in a nutshell:
Overnight stay in a shared room
Full board with organic food from our own garden and Demeter-certified products
Pranayama / Breathwork
daily yoga sessions
Cacao Ceremony
Meditations

Relaxing Walk
-Traveling by Train
From Berlin, it takes about 50 minutes to reach the Angermünde train station. From the Angermünde train station, take bus 463 to “Stolzenhagen Ortseingang.” The bus is free with a train ticket to Lunow and costs 3 EUR with a ticket to Angermünde.
To get to the Taubenblau Seminar House, get off at the “Wendestelle” stop in Stolzenhagen, turn left at the roundabout, and walk up Ernst-Thälmannstraße until you reach No. 9.
If you can’t take a regular bus, order a RUFBUS.
-Traveling by Car
%When traveling to Stolzenhagen, please note that there are two towns named Stolzenhagen in the Berlin area! We are the village near the German-Polish border, close to the town of Lunow, 15 kilometers south of Angermünde. Stolzenhagen is a small village with no train station.
Parking spaces are limited, and we ask that you respect the wishes of the village community: It’s best to unload your belongings at the seminar house and then drive your car to the designated parking lot at the village entrance (BEFORE entering the village, right on the right-hand side). These spots are almost always available. From there, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Gut Stolzenhagen.
For everyone staying at the Taubenblau: Please park in the property’s designated parking lot. Please do not park in front of the Taubenblau itself or in front of neighbors’ houses—especially not across the street—so as not to block the entrance to the donkey stables. Additional parking options are available across from the campground.
