"Values & Paths" is an intensive retreat for women who want to pause, reflect and find new direction. Barbara Knitter accompanies you into a time of self-leadership - with impulses from coaching, mindfulness practice and embodiment.
The focus is on the question: What is really important to me? By working on values, you will develop your own personal leadership compass - an inner tool for conscious decisions and more orientation in everyday life.
The days begin with a morning meditation. You will then devote yourself to a thematic impulse, which you will deepen with the help of journaling, bodywork and mindful exercises. In the evening, the day ends with meditation and group discussions.
Elements such as breathwork, emotional intelligence and resilience training will strengthen your ability to remain clear and calm even in challenging moments. The nature surrounding the Kleebauer Hof with its forests, meadows and quiet retreats provides the ideal setting for this.
Whether you are in the middle of life, at a turning point or simply looking for stillness and clarity - this retreat gives you space to refocus and return stronger.
The psychologist and mindfulness trainer Barbara Knitter has sound qualifications and several years of experience in psychosocial counseling and leadership development, creating a safe framework for mindful leadership impulses.
What you will take away from the leadership retreat:
- A clear inner compass for professional and personal decisions.
- Strengthening your emotional intelligence - to be self-confident and mindful.
- New resilience resources to help you stay calm even in challenging situations.
- A conscious connection to your values and priorities - for more clarity in everyday life.
Program scope:
One session on the day of arrival, two sessions of two hours on each of the full retreat days. The retreat ends on the last day after the morning session and breakfast together.
