Vipassana, a meditation practice attributed to the Buddha, leads you into the direct experience of being.
Beyond concepts, judgments, and thoughts, a space of pure awareness opens up—clear, still, and present.
Through mindful observation, you encounter whatever arises within you—without clinging, without rejecting.
This gives rise to a deeper understanding—not through thinking, but through direct insight. This practice invites you to inner honesty, patience, and surrender to the moment—regardless of prior experience or spiritual background.
In this retreat, silent meditation is combined with mindful movement: walking meditation, Qi Gong, gentle yoga, and deep relaxation support you in experiencing mindfulness on all levels of your being—in the body, in the breath, in the present moment.
The period of silence until 8 a.m. on the last day of the retreat opens a protected space for contemplation.
Free from external distractions, your perception can deepen and your mind can find peace. Carried by the spiritual power of the ashram, you are immersed in a healing rhythm of practice and rituals—such as the communal mantra singing in the morning and evening, which opens the heart and consciousness.
Two retreats in 2026 invite you to dive deeper:
🕉️ Vipassana Meditation & Gentle Yoga Flows (September 11–13)
A mindful alternation of sitting, walking, and gentle movement guides you back into your body and into the stillness of the present moment.
🕉️ Metta, Vipassana & Gentle Yoga Flows (October 25–30)
The practice of loving-kindness (Metta) opens your heart and allows compassion and connection to grow—with yourself and with all that is.
These days are an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself and to experience the unity of body, breath, and consciousness.
