Preparation
About 1–2 weeks before the retreat, you will receive helpful insights and a short exercise to help you get in the right mindset for our journey together.
Day 1:
Starting at 3:00 PM: Individual sessions (approx. 20 minutes each), depending on arrival time
6:00–7:30 PM: Welcome drink by the fire pit, getting to know each other, and setting intentions
Followed by dinner together
Day 2:
8:00–8:30 a.m.: Walking meditation to set the mood and focus
8:30–9:30 a.m.: Breakfast together
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Guided self-reflection, integration walk/break
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Light lunch together
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Purpose Formula intro, Meaning Table exercise, break
2:30 – 4:00 PM: Fairy tale exercise and Passion Test
4:00 – approx. 5:30 PM: Flexible time for Q&A, one-on-one conversations, or space for self-reflection and journaling during a walk or at the spa
Approx. 5:30 – 7:30 PM: Visit to Skyspace Lech at sunset
Followed by dinner together
Day 3:
8:00 – 8:30 AM: Walking meditation for setting the mood and centering
8:30 – 9:30 AM: Breakfast together
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Genius Zone, Unique Ability partner exercise
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Light lunch together
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Purpose Formula final results, reflection, break
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Highest Vision Recap and Integration, Closing Session
Day 4:
Time for you to integrate your experiences in this powerful mountain setting
Follow-up Group Coaching
Approximately 2–4 weeks after the retreat, we invite you to a virtual follow-up session to deepen your insights and further integrate them into your daily life
