INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
Explanations and exercises to introduce the topic of mindfulness. Reflections and transfer discussions.

HIKE POLLENÇA
We will go on a mindfulness walk together near Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca. The path leads us from the meeting point to the monastery of the "Virgin of the Sea" on the Puig de Maria at an altitude of approx. 330m.
During the ascent and on the plateau of the monastery mountain, I offer impulses and guided exercises to get to know, try out and practice mindfulness. No previous knowledge is required for this. Anyone can take part, feel into themselves and enjoy the silence.
During the hike, I will do various mindfulness exercises with you that you can easily integrate into your everyday life later on. With alert senses and an open heart, we will set off on the trail. We will sharpen our awareness of nature and ourselves. We practise being present in the HERE & NOW. We observe nature and also our thoughts and emotions benevolently. We give ourselves a smile and feel at ease in relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE and add to your packing list:
- Hiking boots / trekking shoes
- Sun protection (headgear, cream, glasses, ...)
- Rain/wind/weather protection clothing and equipment
- A comfortable rucksack is an advantage.

ABOUT ME
My name is Alexandra Gudereit. As a certified mindfulness trainer, meditation teacher, ZENbo Balance® trainer and coach, I organize private, exclusive mindfulness and meditation retreats on Mallorca.

I work with methods of mindfulness training in quiet places in the wonderful nature of Mallorca. This also includes various mindfulness walks, ZENbo Balance® sessions, Mala workshops and coaching sessions.

During the discoveries, I focus on giving people mindfulness impulses and showing them techniques that they can try out directly as part of the discovery. It is important to me that each individual has space to experience and practice different methods.
