On Friday afternoon, we’ll check into our accommodations, and afterward we’ll get to know each other over a cozy gathering by the fire pit. We’ll provide you with a notebook for taking notes, drawing, or similar activities. When it gets dark, we’ll listen to mystical stories and fairy tales around the campfire.
On Saturday, we’ll start the day with breakfast together. Afterward, we’ll set out on a short hike through the forest. This will be followed by mindfulness exercises. We’ll spend our lunch break in a small cabin in the woods, where we’ll eat the snacks we’ve brought along. Afterward, there’s time for more exercises in the forest garden on topics appropriate for the season.
We’ll end the day with a guided imagery exercise and a group dinner by the campfire. Afterward, there’ll still be time for many good conversations.
On Sunday, after breakfast together, we’ll do a meditation and some basic Qigong. We’ll have our midday snack in the woods again. To wrap things up, we’ll spend some creative time in the woods and say our goodbyes in the forest garden.
All program activities take place in our forest garden or the surrounding natural area, regardless of the weather. So please bring clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather. We’ll provide waterproof seat pads, faux fur rugs, and blankets. We reserve the right to adjust the program based on weather conditions.
