Singing is enjoyable, relieves stress, and releases happiness hormones. Yoga helps to reduce stress and reconnect with yourself through gentle muscle building, soothing stretching exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques. It compensates for lack of exercise, tension, and learned poor posture.
During our wellness days, let your soul unwind, recharge your batteries, and feel the heart-opening and inspiring effect of singing mantras together. Feel light, balanced, and free. In the daily yoga classes, gentle movement, live chanting of mantras, and the sound of the Indian harmonium provide deep relaxation.
You will experience powerful meditations and soothing relaxation sessions and can immerse yourself in a space of sound, connection, and heart music while singing together. We sing mantras and heart songs from all over the world, chant, sing, and make music—from the Beatles to the Maha Mantra, from Taizé to India and Hawaii.
In a taster workshop, interested participants will also get to know the Indian harmonium better and elicit the first sounds from the instrument themselves.
