Day 1

Procedure:
Start: 9 a.m. with a cereal breakfast together.
We will continue with innovative and creative formats from the systemic coaching and personal development toolbox.
Extensive lunch break at around 1 p.m. with a cold Mediterranean buffet, the opportunity to use the pool, hammocks, walks, relaxation, exchange.
We continue in the outdoor studio for personal development. Together we fill baskets of ideas, get in touch and explore.
Dinner around 7 p.m.: A chef spoils us with a Mallorcan menu
Day 2
- Discover inner sources of energy and strength
- Unleash your uniqueness
- Adopting different, new perspectives
- Visualize your own effective forces
Procedure:
Start at 8 am with yoga & morning meditation, followed by a muesli breakfast together.
The focus is on your strengths and sources of energy. The sound of birdsong in your ears, the vastness of the landscape around you and the creative power of the group will broaden your view of yourself and your life.
Extensive lunch break at approx. 1 p.m. with a cold Mediterranean buffet, the opportunity to use the pool, hammocks, walks, relaxing, sharing.
Dinner at approx. 7 pm in a restaurant by the sea (self-paying)
Day 3

- Integrate and concretize what you have experienced
- Looking ahead
- Connecting with you by the sea
Procedure:
Start: 8 a.m. cereal breakfast together
Transfer to the coast: reflection walk by the sea
Lunch approx. 12 noon
End approx. 3 pm
