During breaks, participants usually go out together to grab a bite to eat nearby. Of course, you’re also welcome to spend your breaks in the studio spaces and bring your own food.
Just around the corner, the WOLBECKER TIERGARTEN nature reserve is perfect for a stroll, or you can sit on a bench by the ANGEL.

To begin with, we’ll explore what you’d like to work on.

Based on your concerns, we will then develop a painting task—a metaphor (it doesn’t mean anything, but it can set something in motion) or a recalled image.
The painting is then created slowly and with devoted attention. As you paint, a connection to the image develops, leading to further steps. The painting tasks are suitable for both beginners and experienced painters.

Since solution-focused painting is a form of therapy aimed at finding solutions, there are criteria (effective image factors) for the creation of the images that support an optimal solution. The steps are also associated with work, frustration, and annoyance. As a painting facilitator, I support the painters’ ability to address and overcome difficulties.

Münster is easily accessible by car and train. A bus departs from the train station every 15 to 20 minutes for Münster-Wolbeck and will take you almost right to the studio door in about 15 minutes.
