Bad Ems and our hotel have been a unique UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021. Under the title Great Spa Towns of Europe, Bad Ems was awarded the title of the most unique historic spa towns in Europe!
Hospitality and cordiality in a family atmosphere are our values under which we have been successfully managing our medium-sized hotels for more than 20 years in order to offer our guests, whether "young or old" - "private or business", an unforgettable stay.

In addition to a high level of living comfort and the unique wellness and feel-good landscapes, the personal service and personal care of our guests are particularly important in order to exceed the constantly increasing individual wishes and expectations of our guests as hosts.

This can only be achieved by exemplifying and communicating these values to our team on a daily basis and by each and every one of our employees contributing their natural personality and creativity.

We are there for you every day from Monday to Sunday!
In addition to our "A la Carte" main menu, our kitchen team offers you a daily 4-course menu of your choice (for our Yoga Retreat guests, vegan/vegetarian options are also available to order in advance), which is also available as part of the half-board option when booking. If you have any questions or requests regarding illnesses, diets, allergies or individual menu adjustments, please contact us personally before arrival.

Friday (day of arrival):

Immerse yourself in a yoga nidra class after your arrival. Leave the stress of everyday life behind you and arrive in the here and now.

Saturday:

Start your day in peace with our activating morning yoga. This special yoga class is held as silent yoga. Experience the stillness and power of your own practice rounded off with metabolism-boosting ginger water to revitalize your body and journaling to clear your thoughts and set your intention for the day.

At lunchtime (before lunch) we invite you to join our Yin Yoga class. Yin yoga is a calm and meditative yoga practice that stretches and strengthens fascial tissue. Postures are held for extended periods of time to release deep-seated tension and improve flexibility and circulation. Alternatively, you can take part in a guided nature walk around Bad Ems.

In the afternoon, you have the opportunity to take part in our soft breathwork and meditation session. Immerse yourself in the depths of your breath, release energy blockages and explore the calming power of meditation as you quiet your mind and recharge your inner resources.

In the evening, a wonderful cocoa ceremony awaits you, in which you can experience the healing power of cocoa and open your heart to lightness, love and connection. Let yourself be enchanted.

Sunday (departure day):

Begin your last day at the retreat with a refreshing and activating yoga session and relaxation, accompanied by the gentle sounds of a crystal bowl. Awaken your energy, strengthen your spirit and set the positive impulses for a new time full of peace and balance.
