Recognize them for what they are: roles you can slip into—and out of again. But what remains when you shed all these roles? Draw closer to your innermost self, your essence. Through yoga, meditation, and breathwork, you’ll practice finding this inner place of peace and being, even as everyday life rages around you. Join us on a journey toward serenity and security.
Between sessions, there is time to retreat—into nature or at the 800-year-old Kleebauer Hof with its Swiss stone pine sauna and natural swimming pond. Hike or stroll through the impressive landscape, discover the Chakra Trail, and enjoy being surrounded by inspiring people.
