Who I really am - yoga & coaching in the Alps

Retreat to the Mountain Retreat Center in the Chiemgau mountains. The Retreat Center has 20 rooms with views of the impressive natural landscape of the Alps. It can happen that you are amazed out of nowhere. Again and again. Each of our rooms is a special kind of retreat in its own right. Small, fine, cozy.

The full board at the Mountain Retreat Center is vegetarian and vegan. The most important meal of the day, at least according to the Chinese, is breakfast. That's why we also attach particular importance to a good, healthy breakfast - always including warm porridge. For lunch you enjoy soup, bread and spreads, and in the evening you are treated to a delicious buffet with salad, creative vegetarian-vegan main courses and a dessert. Always freshly cooked and as seasonal as possible. Intolerances can be catered for by prior arrangement.

In the picturesque Chiemgau mountains, you will turn your attention from the outside world to the inside. Through vision work, you become aware of your various roles in life. You recognize them for what they are: Roles that you can slip into, but also find your way out of. But what remains when you take off all these masks? Immerse yourself in your innermost self, your essence. With yoga, meditation and breathing exercises, you will learn to find this inner place of peace and being, even when the chaos of everyday life is raging around you. Join us on a journey to inner serenity and self-confidence.

There will be time for retreat between sessions - explore the impressive landscape on hikes or walks and be surrounded by inspiring people.

Day 1 (arrival day)
4 - 6 p.m.: Welcome round, introduction and yoga/meditation

Day 2 - 4
8 - 9 am: Yoga
9 am: Breakfast
10:30 - 13:00: Workshop
2 pm: Soup and spreads
5 - 6 pm: Yoga or Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
evening meal
on the 4th day: 20:00 farewell ritual

Departure

Arrival by car
On the highway A8 (coming from Munich or Salzburg) exit at Frasdorf, direction Aschau, from there it is a 15 minute drive to Sachrang.

Arrival by train
Take the train or bus to Aschau or Prien im Chiemgau. From there you can either take the bus (few connections) or a cab to Sachrang.
Cab costs from Aschau to the Mountain Retreat Center approx. € 35.
Another convenient and inexpensive way to get from Aschau train station to Sachrang - Rosi, an on-demand service from the Rosenheim region. The Mountain Retreat Center now has its own bus stop!
