Seminar schedule
On Friday afternoon we meet at 16h at our mountain farm in Berchtesgaden. The tents will be set up or we will camp in the hut. At 5pm we collect and chop wood to make the fire. At 6 p.m. the introduction to the seminar takes place by the fire. Afterwards we prepare our dinner by the fire and spend the evening together in the nature of the mountains.
On Saturday morning we will have breakfast at around 8.30am. This is followed by a lecture on living in nature and an introduction to the necessary tools. Then we pack our backpacks and around noon we go into the forest without our cell phones to get our bearings, familiarize ourselves with the forest and set up camp. From there, we immerse ourselves further into the nature of the forest.
Here we use the time to make plant cords, make a fire without help and build a survival bow. Before nightfall, we prepare our food by the fire. As soon as it gets dark, we start to move around the forest in the dark and get our bearings. Then we go into the camp to spend the night there.
The next morning we wake up early to the sounds of the forest, make a fire and prepare breakfast. We use the early hour to practise tactical archery with the survival bow. Then we learn how to dismantle the camp so that no traces are left behind.
In the late morning, we make our way back to the mountain hut. There we gather around the fire again with a soup prepared by my friend and bring the weekend to a close...
