Are you a woman who feels more deeply, gets exhausted more quickly, or sometimes finds the world too overwhelming?
Then this weekend is for you.
It’s about allowing yourself to be there for yourself again.
To accept yourself just as you are.
This weekend, you’ll take it step by step back to yourself.
Away from what others need from you, and toward what you need for yourself.
In the heart of Germany, in the Weserbergland region, the country house is located in an old half-timbered building steeped in history. This house has provided a home for many generations, and you’ll feel that very sense of calm the moment you open the door. Surrounded by nature and silence, this place immediately tells you: Here, you can unwind.
For three days, it’s not about functioning or conforming.
It’s about you arriving—at your true self.
And allowing yourself to open up with women who know exactly what you’re talking about, because they experience it themselves every day.
Everything we do together is an invitation, not a requirement.
You decide for yourself how much you participate and when you take some time to rest.
In a circle of no more than 10 women, you’ll find your way back to yourself this weekend.
Small enough to foster genuine closeness. Large enough for you to realize: You’re not alone in this.

Traveling by Car to Landhaus Weserbergland
Landhaus Weserbergland is situated in an idyllic and peaceful location on the Ottenstein Plateau in the Bad Pyrmont mountain region. Due to its secluded natural setting surrounded by greenery, we recommend traveling by car. Be sure to allow some extra time to enjoy the scenic country roads on the final leg of your journey.
Directions from the Main Directions
The Weserbergland region is excellently connected to the national highway network:
• From the north/west (e.g., Hanover, Dortmund): Take the A2 highway to the Rinteln or Bad Eilsen exit. Continue on the federal highways toward Hamelin/Bad Pyrmont.
• From the south / southwest (e.g., Paderborn, Kassel): Take the A33 or A44 highway, then follow the well-maintained federal highways (such as the B64 or B83) toward Holzminden / Bodenwerder.
The final stretch to Vahlbruch
• From any direction, head toward the Bad Pyrmont or Bodenwerder area.
• From there, the route takes you uphill to the Ottenstein Plateau, leading directly into the tranquil mountain village of Vahlbruch.
• Once you arrive in the village, head straight for the village center. The lodging is located right next to the distinctive village church.
Important information for your arrival
• 📍 Address for your GPS: An der Kirche 50, 37647 Vahlbruch.
🅿️ Parking: A free private parking space is available right at the accommodation. No advance reservation is necessary.
It’s important to me that you take one thing away from this weekend:
You’re allowed to stop just going through the motions and start being present with yourself.
This weekend is intentionally free of a packed schedule; instead, it offers space that shows you and your nervous system that rest can feel safe, too. We’re intentionally focusing on the body to help you step out of your head. Connecting with nature, somatic exercises, and clear questions will create the space for you to come back to yourself.
To recognize what you’re allowed to let go of and what you’d like to reintegrate into your life. So that even after the weekend, you’ll move forward feeling stronger, with a clearer view of what you need for yourself.
On the path back to yourself.
