Women's Yoga Retreat to Start the Year

You’ll stay in a shared double room (with the option to add an extra bed for up to 3 people, if desired), a suite with a private bathroom, or a large single room for an additional fee, all located in the completely renovated granary.
The building features a small communal entry area, and some of the suites do not have terraces.
Surrounded by beautiful nature and a wonderful atmosphere, in new, super-cozy beds, you’ll not only sleep wonderfully but also—especially with the fresh country air—find yourself daydreaming about the year ahead.

Vegetarian (vegan options available upon request) half-board consisting of a morning snack (fruit), a hearty brunch, an afternoon snack (cake, coffee/tea), and a spectacular dinner.
All meals are served in the beautiful, spacious dining area overlooking the estate and the countryside.
At the Landsdorf Estate, the estate family does the cooking themselves, and they serve homemade bread rolls and locally sourced foods. We’ll be well taken care of throughout our stay, and individual requests can, of course, be accommodated.

A wonderful weekend awaits you at an idyllically situated estate in Mecklenburg.
We’ll start on Friday afternoon with a relaxed arrival, check-in, dinner, a welcome ritual, and a gentle yoga session.

Here’s what you can expect over the weekend:
*A total of 4 yoga sessions (various themes/styles, held in the manor house’s hall)
*Meditations, sound, and sound journeys (some outdoors, weather permitting)
*Journaling prompts
*Welcome and cacao ceremony
*A wonderful female community and plenty of time for connection
*Time in nature & tranquility
*Sauna
*Massages (optional, bookable separately)

You’ll need to arrange your own travel and transportation, but we’re happy to help you find people to carpool with.

Distances by car from:
Hamburg: approx. 230 km
Berlin: approx. 260 km
Düsseldorf: approx. 620 km

If you’re traveling by train, there are several possible destination stations:
Rostock, Stralsund, Ribnitz-Dammgarten, or Grimmen.
Each of these stations is about 30 minutes from Landsdorf.
A transfer from the station can be arranged upon request (unfortunately, capacity is limited).
