Experience a special retreat amidst the snow-covered mountains. You can look forward to 4 days of Yin Yoga, meditations, rituals, and a winter hike. In between, plenty of time for yourself in the wellness area, for sledding, cross-country skiing, or even downhill skiing.
Yin Yoga is a gentle style of yoga that is mainly practiced while lying down or sitting. The poses are held for about 5 minutes and supported with props. With Yin Yoga, you’ll learn to be more attuned to yourself and your body. By holding each pose for an extended period, tension can release, and your tissues will feel softer and more flexible. Just switch off and enjoy. Make room for lightness and playfully explore the individual asanas. Yin Yoga isn’t about building muscle or sinking particularly deep into a forward bend. It’s about you and your body. You’re allowed to simply switch off and relax deeply.
