We combine slow-flow yoga and core training—supplemented by effective pelvic floor exercises—with the art of archery. Presence and alignment are our central themes: relaxed engagement of the spine, perceiving the pelvic floor as the foundation that supports the organs, and, of course, drawing back and releasing the bow.

Here, you’ll learn to focus on the here and now and stabilize your center—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Effective pelvic floor training is an anatomically precise practice aimed at strengthening and stabilizing the body’s core—especially the pelvic floor. The spine and the entire skeleton are optimally engaged, and the deep muscles are interconnected. The effects are immediately noticeable and visible and can be applied directly in everyday life.

Become fully present within yourself, take your own stance with absolute clarity in the here and now, straighten up completely in the process, and align yourself with the physical and mental goal: the foundation for a conscious, clear step (drawing the bow) toward the target. Once the body is prepared in this way and consciousness is fully present, releasing the bowstring becomes a relaxed climax, and the arrow on the target becomes a mirror of consciousness for that moment. Start by shooting only in your imagination, then move on to using a bow and arrow—without any pressure to perform, but with enjoyment and ease.

Both methods are about connecting to the earth through the pelvis and feet while simultaneously finding a connection to the vastness of the sky. Silence. A process that brings you fully into the here and now and connects you to your own innate spirituality.

Each participant receives intensive, individualized posture coaching from both instructors—covering everyday posture, archery posture, and a healthy meditation posture. Meditation and forest bathing complement our unique concept, creating a transformative and restorative retreat.

Beautiful rooms in the historic estate, renovated with organic building materials. Lake-side sauna with a dock. We’re right on the lake, surrounded by forest. Please book a room directly at the Friedrichswalde Estate.

We practice yoga daily, focusing on stretching and core strength, Zen meditation, and archery.
We practice indoors in the beautiful meditation room and outdoors in the forest and on the meadow by the boardwalk.
There will be time to reflect; in the evenings, we’ll sit together by the fire and, if you’d like, visit the sauna.

Participants are responsible for their own travel; a pickup from the Blankenburg train station can be arranged.
