I invite you to an inspiring yoga week with like-minded people in sunny Andalusia, on the Coast of Light. Recharge your batteries and find peace and relaxation in our private villa, surrounded by untouched nature and with breathtaking views over the white sandy beach, the picturesque bay and the coast of Morocco.
The course is based on the concept of Yin & Yang, the 5 elements from the Indian tradition and the millennia-old health system of Ayurveda. Twice a day we practise Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, combining stillness and movement, letting go and doing. Our practice is supported by various breathing techniques, meditations and mudras, sometimes energizing, sometimes calming. We immerse ourselves in the world of Ayurveda, learn about various cleansing techniques, the basic pillars of Ayurvedic nutrition, the secret of the doshas and the 5 elements. Everything is taught in such a way that you can easily integrate it into your everyday life after the retreat. You will get to know a yoga practice that suits your dosha.
We will spend a lot of time in nature and will be in constant contact with the energy of the elements earth, water, fire, air and space. This allows us to really feel the power of the elements, absorb their energy and recharge our batteries.
Yoga and meditation at sunrise and sunset, sometimes in the garden or on the beach, walking meditation in the pine forest, Wim Hof ice bath and much more awaits you.
This week is characterized by a lot of practice and invites you to come into deeper contact with your body and your whole being. Time to observe your thoughts, explore sensations in your body and mind and consciously perceive your emotions without judgment. Cultivating mindfulness and paying attention to how it feels in the body rather than thinking about how it should look. Finding joy and freedom in yoga practice, both in movement and in stillness.

This experience invites you to get in touch with your heart, your true nature and the deeper aspects of life.
Our two private chefs Tracy and Kate will spoil us with culinary delights.
They conjure up Mediterranean, Asian and Ayurvedic-inspired dishes 3 times a day. They use seasonal and fresh products from the surrounding area.
Our retreats and training courses take place in small groups of 6-10 people
This course can be attended as a retreat and time-out, as well as a training course
As a retreat participant, you choose what interests you and is good for you from an intensive practical and theoretical program of 50 hours.
If you attend the course as training and would like to receive a certificate for 50 hours at the end, then you are obliged to take part in all hours.
