You can expect a total of 20 hours of yoga (Yin & Yang) and 12 hours of hiking

on the yoga mat and in your life.
Yang: Flow with your breath through inspiring, creative and dynamic Vinyasa
flow yoga sequences. Use your potential, experience your limits in this physically demanding
challenging, invigorating and highly detoxifying Yang-influenced yoga practice. Breath
and movement are in a harmonious flow. Ujjayi breathing is the soul of this
soul of this flowing movement.
Yin: The gentle path to your inner center - deep & slow. Experience the deep immersion and
linger in the position, feel your limits, learn to let go. Direct your
attention inwards, observe your thoughts, be present. Breathing, meditation
and asana combine to create a very deep, opening and healing yoga practice.
The course is based on the concept of Yin & Yang and the 5 elements from the Indian tradition. Twice a day we practise Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, combining stillness and movement, letting go and doing. Our practice is supported by various breathing techniques, meditations and mudras, sometimes energizing, sometimes calming. Everything will be taught in such a way that you can easily integrate what you have learned into your everyday life after the retreat.
We will spend a lot of time in nature and will be in constant contact with the energy of the elements earth, water, fire, air and space. This allows us to really feel the power of the elements, absorb their energy and recharge our batteries.
Between the yoga sessions there is plenty of time to unwind, read, relax by the pool, go to the beach or be pampered with a massage (massage to be booked and paid for separately)
