Flow Yoga sequences. Tap into your potential, explore your limits in this physically challenging, strengthening, and deeply detoxifying Yang-oriented yoga practice. Breath and movement are in a harmonious flow. Ujjayi breathing is the soul of this flowing movement. Yin: The gentle path to inner center—deep & slow. Experience deep immersion and holding of the pose, feel your limits, learn to let go. Turn your attention inward, observe your thoughts, be present. Breathing, meditation, and asana combine into a very deep, opening, and healing yoga practice.
The course is based on the concept of Yin & Yang and the 5 elements from the Indian tradition. Twice a day we practice Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, combining stillness and movement, letting go and doing. Our practice is supported by various breathing techniques, meditations, and mudras—sometimes energizing, sometimes calming. Everything is taught in such a way that what you learn can be easily integrated into your daily life after the retreat. We will spend a lot of time in nature, remaining in constant contact with the energy of the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space. This allows us to truly feel the power of the elements, absorb their energy, and recharge our batteries.
Between yoga sessions, there is plenty of time to unwind, read, relax by the pool, go to the beach, or treat yourself to a massage (massages must be booked and paid for separately).
