Program & schedule
During the 'Yoga and Hiking' week, we go on a total of five hikes, each with a very different character: the beach lagoon with its pink flamingos, winding paths through cork oaks up the mountain with a unique panoramic view, the spectacular cliffs of the rocky Algarve to the blooming sea of dunes on the west coast!
All hikes are easily manageable by people with a normal level of fitness and require no special equipment. Binoculars and a camera are of course a must - where else can you see snake eagles gliding past at eye level!
We integrate yoga directly into some of the hikes, for example with pauses for meditation to get fully into the moment, or small asana sequences to stretch muscles or consciously fill our lungs with the salty air of the sea. We practice in other beautiful natural locations and, depending on the weather, we also experience our creative yoga classes on the beach, on the wooden platform by the river or in the dunes.
You can also look forward to a relaxing yoga session in our shala on the cliffs overlooking the ocean before or after hiking.
In our yoga classes, we pay attention to a good balance between challenge and relaxation, and can respond very well to each individual due to the manageable size of the groups. This makes this yoga week suitable for everyone. In the final relaxation, you can arrive completely in the here and now, while the song of the waves accompanies the coming and going of your breath or the scent of wild thyme soothes your senses.
You can spend the rest of the day exactly as you like: lazing on the beach, daydreaming on the terrace or by the pool, or rounding off the day with a freshly squeezed orange juice in a convivial atmosphere.

Experiencing yoga in nature is an almost magical combination. We are all part of nature, and in an untouched natural landscape we feel our body as part of the elements, the mind becomes calm and balanced, the soul laughs. A healthy mixture of traditional, integral Hatha yoga, paired with dynamic elements of other styles form the basis of our classes. We always seek a good balance between relaxation and challenge, paired with a lot of love and dedication. Our yoga journeys are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Yoga: 6 days with approx. two hours of yoga practice per day (integral hatha yoga with flow elements). Partly integrated into the hikes, e.g: Yoga on the beach
