Yoga and Horsemanship – Part 2, Advanced Course

The 800-year-old square farmstead in a secluded location with views over the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel region offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try new things, clear your head, and feel the impulse for change. Find retreat and tranquility at the natural swimming pond, in the woods, and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the sauna, scented with Swiss pine, and in the evening in a cozy gathering around the fire pit.

At the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can expect modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine. Start your day with a feel-good breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, a variety of milks, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and various teas. At 2 p.m., we serve a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

During this break in the Mühlviertel hills, you will combine yoga with horsemanship. In part 2, synchronization will improve and we will begin to interact with the horse and positively influence its body—so that it can carry us on its back for a long time without becoming ill. The horses always show us when we have done something right.
A horseman is a horse person who applies their knowledge for the benefit of the horse on a daily basis, taking into account not only its individual personality but also its daily condition. In eight sessions, your program leader will teach you what is important in natural communication with horses, how to build respect and trust on the ground, and why this is so important. You will feel harmony not only in your relationship with horses. Yoga helps you find your inner self. The morning yoga sessions are energizing, while the evening sessions are relaxing. Practice physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation and feel strength, expansiveness, and pure joy. Equipment: Sturdy shoes and possibly light gloves Program schedule: Day 1: Arrival
