BookAt the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can enjoy modern vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Start your day with a hearty breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly made porridge, fruit, a variety of milk options, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and a selection of teas. At 2 p.m., we serve a light lunch featuring a warming soup as well as spreads with bread or pastries.
During this retreat in the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel region, you’ll combine yoga with horsemanship. In Part 2, our synchronization will improve, and we’ll begin to work with the horse and positively influence its body—so that it can carry us on its back for a long time without getting sick. The horses always show us when we’ve done something right.
A horseman is someone who truly understands horses, applying their knowledge daily for the horse’s well-being while taking into account not only the horse’s individual personality but also its daily condition. Over eight sessions, your program leader will teach you what matters most in natural communication with horses, how to build respect and trust on the ground, and why this is so important.
You’ll feel harmony not only in your relationship with horses. With yoga, you’ll find your inner peace. The morning yoga sessions are invigorating, while the evening sessions are relaxing. Practice physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation, and feel strength, expansiveness, and pure joy.
