In this seminar, you’ll learn to integrate your entire deep muscle system through alignment and engagement. You’ll strengthen your abdominal and back muscles and develop greater inner clarity, focus, and presence.
We combine the art of intuitive archery with the unique “Stable Center” training concept—a blend of Slow Flow Yoga, effective pelvic floor training, and proven exercises from Liebscher & Bracht pain therapy, complemented by mindfulness, conscious breathing, and breathwork.
You’ll develop a graceful, upright, and back-friendly posture for your everyday life and learn how to activate your pelvic floor to find grounded stability and secure support. A very special retreat with lasting effects—led by two experienced and humorous instructors.

The seminar organizers will assign rooms. Payment is made separately on site. Single rooms are no longer available, so please be prepared to share a room or register as a pair. Room rates range from 81 to 110 euros per person per night, including full board.
