A holistic approach to hormone health: yoga & Ayurveda According to Ayurveda, the ancient holistic Indian medical knowledge (translated as "the knowledge of life"), health is based on four pillars: lifestyle (vihar), nutrition (ahar), sleep (nidra), and energy management (brahmacharya).
In the various Ayurveda workshops and yoga sessions, we focus on these four pillars from the perspective of female hormone health, so that each participant can build her own foundation for female health and adapt it to her own needs. If required, individual appointments or Ayurvedic consultations (at an additional cost) are also available.
