Summary

Yoga & Ayurveda—A Full Weekend with Tanja & Christine—Your Enjoyable and Nourishing Retreat for Body, Mind, and Soul

Immerse yourself in a weekend full of warmth, tranquility, and vibrant naturalness. Here, Ayurveda and yoga come together to create a soothing experience that brings you back to your center and gently nourishes your body and soul—from the inside out.

What to Expect
Basic Ayurveda Knowledge – clear, loving, and perfectly suited for everyday life. Christine will introduce you to the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and show you how to strengthen your body, digestion, and inner balance with simple practices. You’ll learn what truly nourishes you—and why.

Our group Ayurvedic cooking workshop—cooking together, enjoying together, laughing together, and simply taking time for one another. As a group, we’ll prepare a vegetarian–vegan, low-gluten, Ayurvedic-inspired menu. You’ll discover how spices work, how to create a harmonious Ayurvedic meal, and how cooking becomes a ritual of self-care. With no time pressure—Ayurveda is so easy and so wonderful to integrate into your everyday life. With plenty of fun and joy in the group, followed by a delightful lunch—warm, sensuous, and nourishing.

Yoga—Relaxing, Regenerating, & Connecting
Tanja will guide you through both active and gentle, soothing yoga sessions that allow you to relax deeply and gently harmonize your energy. The practice flows gently through the weekend, giving you the space to let go completely.

Full Ayurvedic Board
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be treated to freshly prepared, vegetarian–vegan, low-gluten Ayurvedic cuisine that nourishes you holistically and soothes your system. Water, tea, coffee, and fruit are available all day and included in the price.

Who is this weekend retreat for?
For anyone longing for peace, enjoyment, and an accessible introduction to Ayurveda—without dogma or overwhelming demands. For people who want to reconnect with their feelings rather than just going through the motions, and who wish to experience a weekend full of warmth, enjoyment, and inner balance.

Enjoy three wonderfully soothing days just for yourself
Our shared yoga and Ayurveda retreat takes place in a lovingly restored farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Black Forest, just outside the village of Langenschiltach near St. Georgen. A place that is both magical and powerful, guaranteeing absolute tranquility. Here, you’ll be pampered with plenty of space and time for yourself, while also enjoying the company of a small group of like-minded people.

In addition to yoga, Ayurveda, and our program for body, mind, and soul, our offerings are complemented daily by fresh meals, mostly made with regional and seasonal produce from local farms. Your well-being on every level is simply important to us.

This weekend is for you if you enjoy practicing yoga and already have some prior experience, love movement and nature, and are curious about Ayurvedic teachings.

Please book your own accommodations from our suggested list, which you’ll receive with the booking agreement—there’s sure to be something to suit every taste and budget!
