Summary

The retreat is also suitable for parents traveling alone. This retreat is about working with highly sensitive children. Many of these so-called "new children" are now coming into the world with an expanded consciousness. They can no longer be integrated into the old system and need new approaches for their development so that they can unfold their full potential, as they are usually unable to do so on their own. It is important that their abilities are preserved, that they learn to transform their high sensitivity into strength and that their abilities can continue to blossom. And for this, children need the support of adults.

In addition to the empathetic care of the children, I would therefore like to offer parents the opportunity to work on their own healing in order to find themselves, inner peace and serenity. This happens through grounding & connection, harmonizing the energy system, strengthening intuition and basic trust, dissolving feelings of guilt, forgiveness work and reconnecting with the inner child. Your own self-healing process also has a healing effect on the children.

Our retreats take place in small groups with a maximum of 2 to 3 families in order to respond individually to each family and their needs.

The retreats are led by Indira. Indira is a qualified cultural economist, former management consultant & trainer, health consultant, certified yoga & meditation teacher with further training in energy and healing work.

Catering

There is a communal meal by the fire, ayurvedic vegetarian or fresh fish. If you wish, you can also join us for one or two meals. You can arrange this individually with us. Otherwise there is the option of eating in the vacation apartment, and there are also restaurants and pubs in the surrounding area.
