We’ll treat your taste buds to a full vegetarian and vegan meal plan. Enjoy our feel-good breakfast—featuring Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, homemade bread, and much more—until 11 a.m. In the late afternoon, refuel with freshly prepared soups and salads, before being treated to a buffet featuring vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.

Practice yoga in one of our yoga studios, on the terraces, or on the outdoor platforms. The so-called “open program” is offered weekly (Sunday through Friday) with two yoga sessions each day—before breakfast and in the late afternoon. There are no scheduled sessions on the day of arrival or departure. Start your day with a dynamic morning session. In the late afternoon, the yoga practice is gentler. Feel strength, flexibility, and pure joy. You decide which sessions to attend based on your mood and preference. The sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners; no prior experience is necessary.

The finca’s 400-square-meter spa area is truly one-of-a-kind and pamper its guests with

- An indoor pool and whirlpool with a water temperature of 28° C
- Finnish sauna with Swiss stone pine elements (dry, 75–95°C, 5–15% humidity)
- Bio sauna with Swiss stone pine elements (moist, mild, 40–60°C, 40–55% humidity)
- Infrared cabin: heat cabin with ABC radiators for gentle sweating
- 3 treatment rooms (offering a wide range of massages)
- Separate relaxation room
- Seating areas
- Tea bar with a selection of Sonnentor teas
- Men’s changing room, including 2 restrooms
- Women’s changing room, including 2 restrooms

Bathrobes and towels are provided. All you have to do is relax—we’ll take care of everything else.

Want to go to the beach? One day a week, we offer a beach shuttle. Fine sand, turquoise-blue water. Take a stroll along the beach, watch the seagulls play, and breathe in the salty sea air. And afterward, return to the cozy atmosphere of the finca. Yoga, creative activities, and the opportunity for island excursions offer—especially for solo travelers—the perfect balance of relaxation and socializing among like-minded people.

Three free shared transfers are organized on Saturdays. (Included with a 6-night stay)

TIP: To have flexibility for trips to the beach and exploring the surrounding area, we recommend renting a car.

Departure times:
The transfer is included at the following times: (Approximate times; may be adjusted slightly by the finca) Departure from Mallorca Airport: 2:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., & 8:00 p.m. Departure from the Finca Son Manera Retreat: 7:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. Individual transfers at other times and on other days are available at any time for a fee (€75).
