Treat yourself to some time out with yoga and hiking in the Kalkalpen National Park in Upper Austria!
The day begins with a gentle yoga session. During the day, we explore the unspoiled nature of the foothills of the Alps on a guided hike lasting up to three hours. The national park has a high level of biodiversity and a primeval forest is being restored. The mountain forests are the largest uninhabited forest area, nowhere else in Austria can you experience untouched mountain forests at such a low altitude and easily accessible. Pristine wilderness is returning.
Some of the hikes will be meditative so that we can really take in the wilderness and the abundance of life force in nature. We can linger in beautiful places and practise simple yoga exercises. In the evening, a regenerative yoga session will round off the day.
The yoga sessions will be taught in Hatha yoga style, partly dynamic, partly static, always inward-looking and full of joy. Ulrike likes to work with texts and always provides input for your own introspection. Short meditations are part of the program. Return to everyday life invigorated, joyful and much more relaxed!
Suitable for beginners and advanced students.
Scope of the program: Start on the first day at 16.00 h, end on the last day after breakfast. Two yoga sessions and guided walks every day. One yoga session each on the day of arrival and departure.
