Start your day with a heartwarming breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly made porridge, fruit, a variety of milk options, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and a selection of teas. At 2:00 p.m., we serve a light lunch featuring a warming soup as well as spreads with bread or pastries.

Yoga, breathwork, and inspiring mindset exercises guide you in aligning your body and mind toward a common goal.
Yoga forms the foundation of this experience. Dynamic sequences, creative variations of the Sun Salutation, and thoughtfully structured flows provide new energy and help the body become more supple. Muscles, joints, and fascia are activated, while at the same time a sense of lightness emerges. The yoga practice is powerful, vibrant, and mindful—a combination that both energizes and grounds you.
A special focus of these days is on the interplay between yoga and mindset. In an inspiring workshop, Petra will explore the topic of “Yoga & Mindset,” combining valuable insights with practical exercises for everyday life. The goal is to become more aware of what strengthens you, what holds you back, and how you can bring more of what truly benefits you into your life.
Petra Fischer has been inspiring people for many years with her authentic and charismatic style. She creates an atmosphere where people feel welcome and, at the same time, are motivated to try new things. With a lot of heart, humor, and experience, she guides her groups through powerful yoga sessions, quiet moments of reflection, and inspiring encounters.
The program is complemented by breathing exercises and meditations that help you find peace and turn your attention inward. In between, there’s plenty of time to enjoy the special atmosphere of the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Whether on a walk through nature, by the natural swimming pond, or over a cup of tea with a view of the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel—here, slowing down happens quite naturally.

Program Details
Daily yoga sessions featuring dynamic flows, sun salutations, breathing exercises, and meditation. A workshop on “Yoga & Mindset” with practical insights and exercises for everyday life. The program begins in the late afternoon on the day of arrival and ends on the last day after the morning session and breakfast. In between, there are two sessions each day.

From Linz: via Ottensheim on the Rohrbach Federal Highway to Altenfelden
From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden
By Train and Bus
Take the train to Linz Central Station; from there, there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pickup from the “Altenfelden Ort” bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pickup from the bus: 2:08 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. (Registration required at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 9:50 a.m. and 10:50 a.m.
