This program combines yoga, Pilates, and free movement into a versatile exercise routine. The sessions are clearly guided and structured so that both beginners and people with exercise experience can participate easily. The focus is on being mindful of your own body and performing movements clearly and attentively. In the morning, there is a 120-minute session focusing on yoga and Pilates elements. Gentle mobilization, conscious strengthening from the core, and flowing movement sequences support stability, flexibility, and good posture. Calm, mindful moments help you to arrive in your body and deepen the effect of the exercises. At the same time, space is created to take a break from everyday life for a while.
In the afternoon, there is another 120-minute session in which the practice opens up and becomes freer. Building on the morning session, flowing, creative movement sequences with dance elements are created. The focus is on your own sense of movement, creating space to explore and deepen movements individually. The program offers a balanced mix of structure and openness. It invites you to become more aware of your body, develop strength and flexibility, and find your own flow of movement.
