Yoga & Pilates Sailing Week

During the retreat, you’ll stay on a comfortable, modern catamaran in a stylish setting. The yacht features several spacious double cabins with private bathrooms (depending on the cabin category), ample storage space, and cozy nooks to relax in.

The light-filled salon, the spacious deck, and the lounge areas offer plenty of space for shared meals, relaxing evenings, and yoga sessions with ocean views. The gentle rocking of the water, spectacular sunsets, and waking up in quiet, secluded coves make this accommodation a special experience—luxurious, close to nature, and exclusive all at once.

Breakfast and afternoon snacks are prepared using fresh, local ingredients. We enjoy most dinners freshly prepared on board. Two to three times a week, we visit select local restaurants on shore (not included in the price). Water, tea, and coffee are available all day.

Sunday – Arrival & Welcome Check-in starting at 5 p.m. Your adventure begins at Marina Sukusan near Zadar. Starting at 5 p.m., our skipper will be there to give you a warm welcome. After check-in and a brief introduction to life on board, we’ll enjoy a light welcome dinner. The first yoga session in the evening sets the tone for the week ahead as the sun sets golden over the Adriatic. Monday – First Adriatic Experience Relaxed Start in Ždrelac In the morning, we’ll leave the marina at a leisurely pace—but first, there’s a brief safety briefing on board. After just one hour, we reach the idyllic bay of Ždrelac, directly across from Sukusan. Here we anchor, and you’ll have time for your first taste of the Adriatic: swimming, relaxing, simply settling into sailing life. Tuesday – Sailing Day to Konoba Žmara An adventurous sailing route We’ll sail two to three hours to a sheltered dream bay. Once we arrive, pure freedom awaits—swimming, snorkeling, SUP, or soaking up the sun. In the evening, we’ll hike half an hour to the island chapel for a goodnight yoga session with a view of the sea. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at Konoba Žmara—a family-run hideaway far from the tourist crowds, straight out of a picture book!

Wednesday – Telašćica Nature Park & Salt Lake Explore the breathtaking natural scenery with ocean views stretching all the way to Italy We’ll sail to the unique salt lake in Telašćica Nature Park—about a two- to three-hour trip. Surrounding the crystal-clear lagoon, you’ll marvel at the dramatic cliffs, and on a clear day, you can see all the way to Italy across the open sea. An Adriatic highlight that leaves you speechless! Thursday – Rava Island & Villa Rava Authentic island idyll We sail to the tiny island of Rava—a hidden Adriatic gem. At anchor, we’ll enjoy the turquoise waters before going ashore to the charming Villa Rava. Here, warm hospitality awaits you—along with a feathered friend, the parrot, who perfectly completes the local atmosphere. Traditional dishes, fresh ingredients, pure hospitality. Friday – Preko Monastery Island & Zadar Evening
Spiritual tranquility on the island We sail to the monastery island of Preko for a special yoga and Pilates session amidst historic walls and the sound of the sea. In the afternoon/evening, the ferry takes you to Zadar—immerse yourself in the lively old town, enjoy the evening, and return relaxed on the last ferry. A perfect mix of tranquility and city life!

Saturday – Return Trip & Farewell Final Yoga or Pilates Session The last morning begins with a relaxing return trip from Preko to Sukusan—just a half-hour cruise across crystal-clear waters. After check-out, we say a warm goodbye, filled with memories. This was a week you’ll never forget—see you soon for your next adventure!

Zadar is easily accessible by plane (Zadar Airport), car, or bus. The port is about 15 minutes from the airport. We will send you detailed travel information after you make your reservation. We can arrange a private shuttle transfer between the airport and the yacht.
