Welcome, get to know each other and a short introduction to the retreat.
- 16:30 - Gentle yoga session: "Arrive in your body, arrive in the moment"
Light asanas, breathing exercises and gentle movements to calm down inside.
- 18:00 - Dinner together
- 19:30 - Yin yoga & meditation: "Finding stillness - opening the heart"
Deep calm through long postures and guided meditation.
Saturday, 12.12. - Energy & balance in Advent
- 08:00 am - Breakfast
- 10:00 am - Vinyasa yoga: "Powerful and present - flowing in Advent"
Activating Vinyasa practice that awakens energy and gives clarity.
- 12:00 - Lunch
- 14:30 - Coffee & cake
- 16:00 - Yoga session: "Finding balance - between rest & movement"
Combination of asanas, breathing exercises and mindfulness for inner stability.
- 18:00 - Dinner
- 19:30 - Restorative Yoga / Yoga Nidra: "Letting go into stillness"
Deep relaxation to let go completely and consciously experience the pre-Christmas period in silence.
Sunday, 13.12. - Light & Integration

- 09:30 - Closing yoga: "Your inner light - clarity & peace"
Gentle, uplifting practice that strengthens inner strength, calm and gratitude.
- 10:45 a.m. - Final round & reflection
Exchange of experiences, short meditation and gratitude ritual.
- 11:00 a.m. - Farewell & departure
