The meals are an absolute highlight at this retreat center. Special requests will be accommodated.

The price listed here covers the yoga package, yoga studio rental, and organization.

Sunday (Arrival Day)
· Check-in starting at 2:00 PM
· 5:00 PM Welcome and get-together
· 6:00 PM Dinner together
· 7:30 PM Gentle yoga and meditation to help you settle in

Monday – Friday
· 8:00–10:00 a.m. Pranayama/meditation and energizing yoga practice
· Starting at 10:00 a.m. Brunch together
· Time for yourself: swimming in the pool, sunbathing, exploring the surrounding area on walks or hikes, retreating with a book or a massage, a coaching session, or a private yoga class
· 4:30 – 6:00 PM Gentle, relaxing yoga practice with lots of heart; journaling and meditations
· 6:00 PM Dinner
· 7:30 PM on select days: Meditation and sharing (for those who wish to participate)

One afternoon, there is the option to go on a group hike. On this day, the evening yoga practice is canceled.

Saturday (Departure Day)
· 7:30–9:30 a.m. Meditation, yoga, closing session
· 10:00 a.m. Group breakfast
· Farewells and departure

PICKUP SERVICE
The accommodation is happy to pick you up at the train station or airport.

Pickup from the train station or airport is provided using Soami’s own electric vehicles, for which we generate all the necessary electricity ourselves using our in-house photovoltaic system.

For the transfer from Spittal/Millstätter See train station, we charge €20 per person; for groups of 3 or more, a flat rate of €40 applies.
For the transfer to/from Klagenfurt Airport, we charge 110 euros per person; for groups of 3 or more, a flat rate of 220 euros applies.
For the transfer to/from Salzburg Airport, we charge 180 euros per person; for groups of 3 or more, a flat rate of 360 euros applies.

We are also happy to organize carpooling.
