• 10:00 – 12:00 PM: Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra for deep regeneration
• 2:00 – 4:00 PM: Coffee & cake buffet
• Time for wellness, sauna, walks in the Thuringian Forest, or mindful rest
o Optional: 3:30–4:30 PM bowling afternoon on the group lane (sign up by 7:00 PM the day before)
o Optional: 4:00 & 5:00 PM Experience infusion in the indoor Finnish sauna (registration by 7:00 PM the day before)

Sunday – A Gentle End
• Enjoy breakfast between 7:30 – 9:30 AM

• After the railroad crossing, follow Notstraße; you will reach your destination after 2,400 meters

• Coming from Dresden: At the Erfurter Kreuz interchange, take the A71 toward Suhl
• Take the Zella-Mehlis exit onto the B62 toward Steinbach Hallenberg/Schmalkalden
• After the Zella-Mehlis train station, turn left onto the main road (B62) toward Schmalkalden
• Turn left at the second entrance to Schmalkalden University (Blechhammer)
• After the railroad crossing, follow Notstraße; after 2,400 meters, you have reached your destination
Coming from Frankfurt am Main via the A4
• Take the Eisenach Ost exit
• Follow the route toward Bad Salzungen, taking the B19 to Schmalkalden
• Follow the signs to Schmalkalden and the road toward Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences
• Turn right at the first entrance to Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences (Blechhammer)
• After the railroad crossing, follow Notstraße; you will reach your destination after 2,400 meters
