Arrival

Travel details:
You will travel independently by plane and land at either the Pisa or Florence airport. Most flights depart from major German airports such as Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, or Cologne.

If desired, a shuttle service from the Pisa or Florence airport is available for a fee.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 21 days before arrival, you will receive a 75% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 47% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 6 days before arrival, you will receive a 10% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating on your own responsibility and that you will inform us in advance if you have any relevant health concerns.
