For those arriving early, you are welcome to spend time at the hotel, in the garden, by the pool, or at the bar.
After arrival, relax and settle in; meet at 6:30 p.m. to walk together to Arco for dinner.
August 25, 2026:
7:30 a.m. Yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises (approx. 1 hour)
9:00 a.m. Breakfast
10:30 a.m. 3–4-hour hike
2:00 PM: Lunch together (optional)
Afternoon free time to relax by the pool or swim in Lake Garda.
6:00 PM: Qigong, Silent Qigong, and breathing exercises (45 min.)
7:30 PM: Dinner in Arco
August 26, 2026:
7:30 a.m. Yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises (approx. 1 hr)
9:00 a.m. Breakfast
10:30 a.m. 20-min. bike ride to Lake Garda (bike rental at the hotel optional)
2:00 p.m. Group lunch in Riva del Garda
Afternoon free time for swimming and relaxing by the lake.
Return to Arco together by bike. For those who don’t like biking, you can also go by car or walk (1 hour).
6:00 PM Meditation and breathwork (45 min.)

August 27, 2026:
7:30 a.m. Qigong, including Silent Qigong and breathing exercises (approx. 1 hr)

Breakfast together, and depending on your departure time, the remaining time can be spent at the hotel or by the pool.
All yoga and Qigong sessions take place in the garden or outdoors. In case of bad weather, sessions will be held outdoors under cover.

Extended stays without the program can be booked at any time upon request. Of course, this is only possible if requested in advance to ensure availability.

We offer a varied and inspiring yoga practice at the highest level. Additionally, intensive breathing exercises and transformative meditations. An all-inclusive package featuring hikes, nature coaching, and enriching discussion sessions. Qigong and walking meditations are also included in the program. And the highlight: a taste of the unique Yogawalk® practice! This method can only be learned during one of our training courses; it is a newly created, absolutely unique yoga practice without a mat.
