My yoga classes are always holistic, which means that in addition to yoga, there’s plenty of time for meditation, relaxation, breathing exercises, and small moments of inspiration.

Whether you’ve just discovered yoga or have been on your yoga journey for a while, the yoga classes will help you connect more deeply with yourself, forget the stress of everyday life, and be fully present in the here and now.

Our yoga is a blend of Yin & Yang

Yin Yoga is passive
The asanas (yoga poses) are held for several minutes.
The focus is on letting go and relaxation

Yang Yoga is active
The asanas are fluid, dynamic, and active.
We move between tension and relaxation.

Herbal tea and water in the yoga room are included.

Full refund up to 90 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 45 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Number of Participants
In order to hold the retreat, we need a certain minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, I reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In that case, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
