In a small, personal group, there is room for individual support, tranquility, and connection—with yourself and others. The weekend aims to experience mindfulness and lightness and integrate them into everyday life. The retreat is certified as a prevention course, which means you can get up to €200 reimbursed by your health insurance.

The retreat begins on Friday at 4 p.m. with a welcome and a mindful walk on the beach together. On Saturday, you will have a few hours of free time. The retreat ends on Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
