In the morning, the view from the house stretches far across the sea. The light glitters on the water, the air is mild and clear. This incomparable view accompanies you throughout the week—during yoga, at breakfast, when you pause for a moment. A place that not only shows you the vastness, but also makes you feel it. Adeline designs her yoga sessions with exceptional quality and a wealth of experience. Her classes are clearly structured, precisely guided, and at the same time carried by great mindfulness. She responds to each level individually, gives helpful adjustments, and creates an atmosphere in which both beginners and experienced yogis feel equally at home. Sometimes powerful and flowing, sometimes calm and regenerative—always harmonious, always well thought out.
Between sessions, there is time to relax on the roof terrace, read a book in the shade, or enjoy the peaceful view of the sea. Those who feel like exploring the island and spending time with like-minded people will have the opportunity to do so on three excursions. The costs (bus, personal expenses) are to be paid on site.
Corfu Town (Kerkyra) (approx. 5 hours) Half a day in the charming old town – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – takes you through Venetian alleys, past small boutiques and cozy cafés. The Old Fortress offers a fantastic view over the turquoise sea and the rooftops of the city. Mediterranean flair, history, and enjoyment combine to create an inspiring break. Coastal hike (2-4 hours) A panoramic trail along the coast leads through olive groves, small villages, and into the gentle hinterland. Again and again, wide views open up over the Ionian Sea to the Diapontian Islands. The trail runs mostly on quiet, marked coastal and panoramic paths – ideal for two to four hours of exercise in a dreamlike landscape. Beach trip to Arillas (approx. 4 hours)
A trip to Arillas beach invites you to swim, walk, and linger. Soft sand, clear water, and a relaxed atmosphere make this place perfect for a sunny day on the island. This combination of high-quality yoga, wide open spaces, the sea, and optional island experiences makes the retreat a well-rounded, soothing break.
