The instructor, Hugo Polz.
For many years, he was the managing director of a marketing agency and sought ways to recharge his energy, stay focused, and find relaxation at the same time. During this search, he discovered and fell in love with yoga. Today, he lives and works in both “worlds.” In one world, he is the managing director of a district sports association; in the other, he works as a yoga teacher, yoga instructor trainer, and stress management coach.
Yoga and meditation have become a major part of his life, not only on the mat but also in everyday life. For him, yoga is always a new journey of discovery. New encounters and exchanges with participants or teammates continually open new doors of inspiration. He founded Yoga-Coaches to practice yoga with many people and create magical moments—full of warmth.
