Summary

A loving little getaway just for you

This yoga weekend is a retreat and a journey to yourself and your self-care. Say goodbye to the stresses of everyday life—leave it all behind and find peace of mind in this wonderfully tranquil place. Here, you can tune in to your inner self—feel, perceive, observe—and simply be. The perfect rejuvenation for body, mind, and soul. This weekend is suitable for yoga beginners as well as for long-time practitioners and yoga teachers who want to expand and deepen their practice and experience. In this beautiful, picturesque setting, you can let your mind wander and treat yourself to more leisure and time.

You’ll experience intense yet relaxing Hatha yoga sessions with variations and Yin yoga. Meditations, breathing exercises, affirmations, body scans, Feldenkrais, sound journeys, deep relaxation, and massage, among other activities, complement the practice.

This seminar has been reviewed and certified by health insurance providers and is subsidized by most statutory health insurance plans (GKV) with 75–150€! Accommodations and meals are billed separately on-site and are not subsidized. You can find more information on my website.

We are located in the former Benedictine convent of Malgarten (1194–1803) in the Osnabrück region.
The creatively designed outdoor grounds, covering approximately 4 hectares, feature lovingly restored half-timbered houses, mature trees, and secluded paths and courtyards that invite you to stroll and linger.
In addition to raising chickens and bees, we also grow fruits and vegetables.

To further boost your immune system, you can use the outdoor sauna and swim in the adjacent pond.

The seminar and conference chef provides us with exceptionally delicious vegetarian/vegan organic regional health foods.

I look forward to your registration!

Malgarten Monastery is the perfect place for a break. Beautiful nature, simply a special place. The yoga classes with Christine were varied - she is a great, empathetic and authentic yoga teacher who really managed to help me relax deeply during the classes. Thank you for the wonderful time!
