With loving presence we will approach the wholeness of our experience. Unpleasant feelings or resistance, even difficult situations, are part of life, but in the long run they lead to tension and stress and thus to imbalance. With mindfulness, relaxation, slow & yin yoga, Feldenkrais, breathing techniques and balance exercises, you can dive deep into your inner self. Hatha yoga helps to mobilize your body and bring it back into a harmonious balance. You will stretch, breathe, slow down and enjoy - with massage, a fantasy journey and sound elements.
The beautiful, large garden on the grounds of the Nikolauskloster monastery is an oasis of contemplation and regeneration. In this beautiful place and in my yoga classes, you will immerse yourself in a deep experience of all that is. Relaxation will come more and more, your body can finally regenerate, refresh and recharge your batteries. Replenish your resources and return to your everyday life from within, stable and balanced.
I will design the sessions individually, tailored to the needs of the group, so that yoga beginners can get off to a good start and advanced practitioners can deepen their practice.
