Summary

Find your inner balance through yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Let go of everything in your life that no longer serves you and immerse yourself in the lightness of being, focusing on what truly matters. This weekend, treat yourself to a well-deserved break.

This seminar is reviewed and certified by health insurance providers and is subsidized by most statutory health insurance plans (GKV) at 75%–100%! Accommodation and meal costs are excluded from this. You can find more information on my website.

You’ll be in a safe space with like-minded people and can simply be yourself—deep conversations and new friendships often develop here. This monastery is a place of peace and simplicity. The food is prepared with love and warms your heart.

With loving presence, we will approach the wholeness of our experience. Unpleasant feelings or resistance, as well as difficult situations, are part of life, but over time they lead to tension and stress, and thus to imbalance. Through mindfulness, relaxation, Slow & Yin Yoga, Feldenkrais, breathing techniques, and balance exercises, you will dive deep into your inner self. Hatha Yoga helps mobilize your body and restore it to a harmonious balance. You’ll stretch, breathe, slow down, and enjoy—with Yin Yoga, massage, guided imagery, and sound elements. The well-tended garden on the grounds of the Nikolauskloster forms an oasis of reflection and regeneration. In this beautiful setting and during my yoga classes, you’ll immerse yourself in the profound experience of all that is. Relaxation will gradually take hold, allowing your body to finally regenerate, refresh, and recharge. Replenish your resources and return to your daily life feeling stable and balanced from within.

Tailored to the group’s needs, I will design the sessions so that even yoga beginners can get off to a good start and advanced practitioners can deepen their practice. I look forward to your registration! Namasté Christine Oppermann of Yoga-Trikuti

The offer was great - relaxing and very beneficial. The content was perfectly coordinated. The catering at the monastery is very good. What is very unfortunate is that the mattresses are so hard that I slept very poorly and woke up tense and in pain. Very unfortunate.

I really enjoyed the weekend. It was very varied and as a beginner I was able to do everything and felt very comfortable. I would also highly recommend the beautiful Nikolaus Kloster.
