We will approach the wholeness of our experience with loving presence. Unpleasant feelings or resistance, even difficult situations, are part of life, but in the long run they lead to tension and stress and thus to imbalance. With mindfulness, relaxation, slow & yin yoga, Feldenkrais, breathing techniques and balance exercises, you can dive deep into your inner self. Hatha yoga helps to mobilize your body and bring it back into a harmonious balance. Stretch, breathe, slow down and enjoy - with yin yoga, massage, fantasy journeys and sound elements.
The well-tended garden on the grounds of the Nikolauskloster monastery is an oasis of contemplation and regeneration. In this beautiful place and in my yoga classes, you will immerse yourself in a deep experience of all that is. Relaxation will come more and more, your body can finally regenerate, refresh and recharge your batteries. Replenish your resources and return to your everyday life feeling stable and balanced from the inside out.
Individually, tailored to the needs of the group, I will design the sessions in such a way that even
beginners can find a good introduction and advanced practitioners can deepen their practice.
